| Never exceed 7200 RPM for corrugated knife heads that are 6" diameter or above and 8300 RPM for heads under 6" diameter. Never exceed 3600 RPM for heads that use smooth back knives. The Bak Pak® system should not run at more than 8300 RPM. When using Hydro-Loc™ cutterheads, always use a locking collar to guard against unexpected pressure loss that could lead to damage of the spindle and/or cutterhead.
