Corrugated heads - steel knives
Corrugated moulder heads are most frequently provided with the pocket style gib. The Hydro Lock TM bore is most often the choice for high speed or jointed moulders.  Straight bore as well as mechanical sleeve heads are also available.  WKW corrugated knife stock is considered by many to be the finest knife stock available.

Corrugated heads - Bak Pak® knives
WKW moulder heads are generally provided in 16 - 60 degree corrugations, however 16 - 90 degree is also provided upon request.  The Bak Pak® carbide knife system will fit in any 60 degree moulder head that will accept 10 mm thick (.394") knife stock.

Corrugated straight bore heads
Shaper, smaller non-jointed moulders, and other machines usually require straight bore corrugated heads.  Precision manufactured and balanced, these heads perform well in a variety of applications.
