Answer:: We often can cross reference our competitor's stock products. Contact our customer service department for assistance or visit our cross reference page for online searching.

Question: When will you ship my order for stock knives, router bits or finger joint cutters?
Answer:: WKW will ship your stock order within 24 hours if the product is available.

Question: When will you ship my order for Quick Delivery cutterheads?
Answer:: WKW will ship your stock order within seven work days.

Question: How late can I call in an order and still have it shipped today?
Answer:: A small stock order, providing the product is available, can be received as late as 4: 00 p.m. CST and still be shipped the same day.

Question: Who is your primary shipper?
Answer:: UPS unless specified otherwise.

Question: Can I track my UPS package?
Answer:: Yes, you can track your package by reference at http://www.ups.com using our order number as the reference number. We also supply a tracking number on your invoice that we fax the day the order is shipped.

Question: Why did you ship my product next day air?
Answer:: Because it qualified for our WCS program. You will only be charged the cost of UPS ground.

Question: What is WCS?
Answer:: WCS is a quick delivery program designed for WKW distributor's orders that contain less than 50 router bits and meet a net order value of $50. WKW will ship the order UPS next day air at the price of UPS ground in the continental USA. We can drop ship under this program for an additional $5 service charge.

Question: Can you ship product through regular mail?
Answer:: WKW will not ship product via the U.S. Postal Service. We only ship product through carriers that will insure the shipment and have tracking systems.

Question: Will you drop ship product to third parties?
Answer:: Yes, for shipments within the USA.  You will need to provide your customer's shipping information (no P.O. boxes) when you place your order.  For foreign shipments, contact our Credit Supervisor at (608) 363-7888 ext. 115 for details.

Question: Can I buy directly from WKW?
Answer:: You can buy directly from WKW over the Internet with a credit card. However, you may receive a deeper discount by purchasing through one of our many distributors. Contact our customer service department for a distributor in your area.
